Our service facility will require plenty of space for building, easy access by foot and car, and a central location to deliver the proposed service effectively. It also needs to be located in a highly populated area in order to have maximum exposure and community interest. We have selected a site in St Kilda (see details below) that we believe would fit these requirements. The site is easily accessible by car, foot and tram, and it has 1000 square metres of development space. If we were to fail to secure this space, it would be used as a guide to find another. Other possible locations that would fit the site requirements would be other inner city suburbs such as Richmond, South Melbourne, Prahran and Albert Park. These areas are easily accessible and exist in areas accessible by people from neighbouring areas of both medium to high average incomes.
